Conceptual Design
We present the initial concept of the space in 2D drawing format, reflecting our ideas and giving you a visual picture of the proposed design.
3D view
Rendered 3D views are developed to offer a realistic visualization of the entire project, helping you see the final outcome before construction begins.
GFC Drawings (Good For Construction)
Upon finalizing the design, we submit comprehensive GFC drawings to the construction team, ensuring accurate and efficient execution on site.
BOQ (Bills of Quantity) / Estimate
We present the initial concept of the space in 2D drawing format, reflecting our ideas and giving you a visual picture of the proposed design.
Site Execution
Based on finalizing the vendors, BOQ and designs, we begin with site execution.
Site Handover
After completing the site, we conduct a thorough inspection based on a final snag list. Once everything meets our high standards, the site is handed over to you, ready for use.
